We are looking for a
technically strong and strategic Digital Marketing Manager
to lead our healthcare-focused digital initiatives and build a team of fresh digital marketing graduates under their mentorship.
Role Summary:
As the
Digital Marketing Manager
, you will lead the digital marketing division, drive strategy, manage performance campaigns, and create a structured workflow for a growing team of freshers. You'll be expected to
design processes, train junior team members
, and ensure delivery of high-quality digital marketing solutions for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategize and execute digital marketing campaigns
for healthcare clients (hospitals, clinics, doctors).
Create and manage workflows to handle multiple clients simultaneously with clarity and precision.
Train and mentor a team of
fresh digital marketing graduates
, and set up internal SOPs for execution.
Plan and run
SEO
,
SEM (Google Ads)
,
Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ads
,
YouTube marketing
, and
Email automation
campaigns.
Oversee
Google Business Profile optimization
, local SEO, and healthcare-specific online visibility practices.
Coordinate with content writers and graphic designers to ensure brand-consistent messaging.
Analyze KPIs and prepare performance reports using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Insights, etc.
Monitor healthcare-specific compliance (like content sensitivity, platform policies) and ensure ethical promotion.
Communicate with internal stakeholders and participate in client meetings when required.
Constantly explore and implement new digital tools and strategies to improve campaign effectiveness.
Requirements:
4-8 years of proven experience in digital marketing
, with agency.
Strong knowledge of
SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube Ads, Content Strategy, and Analytics
.
Solid understanding of the
healthcare sector's digital needs
and ethical marketing practices.
Technical hands-on experience with campaign setup, targeting, budget control, and performance tracking.
Leadership qualities to
train, manage, and guide a team of freshers
.
Ability to develop SOPs, streamline workflows, and ensure delivery timelines.
Strong verbal and written communication skills (English and Tamil is a must).
