Job Title: Sr. Digital Marketing Manager - Paid Media Specialist (Pharma)
Job location: Mumbai
Work days: Mon-Fri
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute data-driven paid media strategies aligned with business goals.
Lead strategic planning and present performance insights to senior stakeholders.
Manage multi-channel paid campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, Programmatic) to drive MQLs, acquisition, and retention.
Optimise large ad budgets for ROI; troubleshoot and enhance campaign performance.
Analyse key metrics (CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc.) and implement A/B testing.
Conduct market research and audience targeting for improved campaign performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-conversion digital campaigns.
Manage agency relationships, ensuring quality deliverables.
Required Skills & Experience
8+ years in digital marketing with strong focus on paid media.
Proven success in managing large-scale paid campaigns across platforms.
Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube, and programmatic media.
Proficient in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, A/B testing, and CRO.
Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
Experience with international campaigns, marketing automation, and AI tools is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field; certifications (Google Ads, Meta) preferred.

Pay: ₹3,000,000.00 - ₹3,500,000.00 per year
