About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and performance-driven

Digital Marketing Executive

with

2-3 years of expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and SEO

, along with the ability to

lead and guide a small team

. The ideal candidate should not only be technically strong but also possess leadership qualities to mentor junior team members, delegate tasks effectively, and ensure smooth execution of campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Strategize, plan, and execute

Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns

across Search, Display, Video, and Social platforms. Lead, manage, and mentor a small digital marketing team, ensuring timely delivery of projects. Implement

AI-driven strategies

to optimize campaign targeting, bidding, and personalization. Monitor performance metrics, optimize campaigns, and deliver measurable results to maximize ROI. Conduct

advanced keyword research

and manage both on-page & off-page SEO strategies. Regularly perform

website SEO audits

and recommend improvements for better organic visibility. Track and analyze KPIs; prepare reports using

Google Analytics, Search Console, and Meta Business Suite

. Collaborate with content writers & designers to create

high-converting ad creatives and landing pages

. Stay updated on

industry trends, AI tools, and algorithm updates

to keep campaigns competitive.

Requirements

2-3 years of proven experience

in Digital Marketing (Google Ads, Meta Ads & SEO). Demonstrated success in handling

paid campaigns and organic SEO

with measurable growth results. Prior experience in

leading or mentoring a team

(even a small group of interns/juniors). Proficiency in

Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Search Console

. Familiarity with SEO tools such as

SEMrush, Ahrefs, Ubersuggest, or similar

. Strong

leadership, communication, and time management skills

. Ability to

multitask, delegate, and manage projects

in a fast-paced environment. Analytical mindset with a focus on

performance optimization

and ROI-driven strategies.
