Plan, execute, and monitor Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Video, Performance Max).
Manage Facebook/Instagram Ads campaigns including audience targeting, ad creatives, A/B testing, and budget optimization.
Track and analyse campaign KPIs such as CTR, CPC, conversions, ROAS, and engagement rates.
Create detailed performance reports and provide recommendations for higher ROI.
Coordinate with content and creative teams to ensure campaigns align with brand objectives.
Implement remarketing strategies and conversion tracking across platforms.
Stay updated with platform changes, trends, and best practices for paid advertising.
2. Social Media & Content Management:
Manage company's main and regional social media pages.
Plan and schedule posts, campaigns, and promotional activities.
Upload, optimize, and manage YouTube video content.
Collaborate with designers and content writers for creatives, blogs, and social updates.
Maintain brand voice and consistency across platforms.
3. SEO & Website Coordination:
Implement on-page SEO best practices (meta tags, keywords, internal linking, site performance).
Track website performance through Google Search Console and Analytics.
Coordinate website integrations, technical fixes, and blog uploads.
Ensure digital campaigns integrate seamlessly with website landing pages
4. Team & Intern Management:
Assign and monitor tasks to interns including GMB updates, blog uploads, Libromi chats, and daily reporting.
Provide guidance, feedback, and ensure timely task completion.
Digital Platforms & Tools
Manage and update multiple Google My Business listings.
Utilize Google Analytics for traffic, audience, and conversion insights.
REQUIREMENTS:
Strong expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, Video, Performance Max) and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram).
Ability to optimize campaigns for lead generation, brand awareness, and conversions.
Proficiency in SEO, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and GMB management.
Social media management experience across multiple regions and platforms.
Excellent analytical skills to interpret campaign data and prepare actionable reports.
Strong coordination, multitasking, and communication abilities.
3-5 Years of experience in the same role
Good communication skills in english.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
