Digital Marketing Executive

to join our team and contribute to impactful marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, create, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across

Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

and

Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping)

. Develop and implement

digital marketing strategies

to achieve lead generation, sales, and conversion goals. Conduct

A/B testing

on creatives, landing pages, and targeting to maximize performance. Monitor campaign performance daily and provide analytical insights and recommendations. Research audience segments, keywords, and competitor strategies to improve ROI. Coordinate with content, design, and development teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution. Prepare

weekly and monthly performance reports

for internal use and client presentations. Stay updated with industry trends, new ad formats, and best practices in digital marketing.

Requirements

Proven experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns. Strong understanding of CPC, CPA, ROAS, remarketing, and funnel optimization. Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Keyword Planner, etc. Basic knowledge of SEO is a plus. Strong analytical, communication, and reporting skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred). 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing or paid advertising.
