About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled and performance-driven Senior Digital Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team in the Real Estate/Construction industry. The ideal candidate will be someone who thrives in a data-driven environment, understands the importance of ground-level insights, and excels in managing performance campaigns across multiple digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Paid Advertising Management. Lead Generation & Conversion Optimization Focus on driving qualified leads and maximizing site visit bookings. Campaign Alignment with Real-Time Data: Ensure digital marketing campaigns are aligned with site readiness and live inventory. Collaborate with internal teams to update and adjust campaigns based on real-time project and inventory status. Project-Level Knowledge: Build and maintain deep knowledge of specific projects to ensure accurate targeting and messaging in campaigns. Understand the unique selling propositions (USPs) of each project and translate them into compelling marketing strategies. Site Visits: mandatory visit to project (5-10 days per month) to ensure campaigns are aligned with actual site conditions and to gather insights for further optimization. Collaboration with Sales & Site Teams: Work closely with sales and Customers to understand customer pain points, preferences, and behaviour, and ensure marketing strategies are fully integrated. Provide regular performance updates and insights to stakeholders to refine strategies.
What We're Looking For:

Experience: Minimum 4-6 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong background in performance marketing. e-commers Background Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram), and CRM platforms for lead management. Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other marketing and analytics tools. Strong understanding of key digital marketing metrics (CPL, CPSV, ROI) and the ability to optimize campaigns for maximum impact. Mindset & Approach: A data-driven, disciplined, and conversion-focused approach to campaign management. Ability to work independently with high ownership and minimal supervision. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and managing multiple priorities. Communication & Collaboration: Strong collaboration skills, particularly in working with sales and Technical Team to drive seamless execution. Comfortable engaging in cross-functional communication and delivering performance-driven results. Field Awareness: Willingness and ability to conduct site visits regularly (5-10 days/month) for hands-on understanding of projects and their status. Understand the on-the-ground realities of real estate construction to effectively drive campaigns.
