Job Description

Role: Digital Marketing Executive

Exp: 4+ Years
Location: Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing

1) Plan and execute digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, email, and paid campaigns.

2) Manage and optimize Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid media.

3) Analyze campaign performance, generate reports, and implement data-driven optimizations.

Product Design & Creative Content

1) product design to create engaging marketing visuals and product-related content.

2) Design graphics, banners, and creative assets for social media, email campaigns, landing pages, etc.

Social Media Marketing

1) Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms

2) Create engaging posts, reels, stories, and interactive content to boost engagement and brand visibility.

3) Monitor trends and competitor activity to keep our social media fresh and relevant.

Analytics & Reporting

1) Track KPIs and performance metrics using Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and other tools.

2) Provide monthly performance reports and actionable insights.

Key Requirements:

1) Strong focus on content creation and design.

2) Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, Figma, etc.

3) Hands-on experience with digital ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, etc.).

4) Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.

5) Excellent communication skills and a keen eye for design and branding.

Preferred Skills:

1) Familiarity with motion graphics or video editing

2) Experience working with product teams or in product-based companies. (e.g. Cosmetic company)

Knowledge of A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
