We are seeking a highly creative and results-driven Digital Marketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing digital campaigns, boosting online visibility, generating leads, and increasing e-commerce sales. You will be responsible for the planning, execution, and optimization of our online marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)

Manage and optimize the company's website, landing pages, and e-commerce store (SEO/SEM)

Run email marketing campaigns and newsletters to engage and convert customers

Coordinate with the design and content teams to create engaging digital content

Monitor and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and others

Plan and execute social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement

Manage paid ad budgets and ensure maximum ROI

Identify digital trends and insights to improve performance

Collaborate with retail and sales teams to align online promotions with in-store campaigns

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

Proven experience (2+ years) in digital marketing, preferably in retail or e-commerce

Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO, and analytics tools

Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce)

Excellent communication and project management skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Creative thinking with attention to detail

Pay: ?16,649.90 - ?35,892.20 per month
