Key Responsibilities
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, on-page & off-page optimization
Track website performance using Google Analytics, Search Console & SEO tools
Improve organic ranking and traffic through white-hat SEO practices
Performance & Digital Campaigns
Create, manage, and optimize campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
Monitor campaign performance and prepare ROI-focused reports
Work with internal teams to create landing pages for lead generation
Social Media Management
Handle daily posting, engagement, and analytics across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube)
Develop monthly content calendars and trending creatives
Track insights and optimize for reach and engagement
Email Marketing
Execute email campaigns using tools like Mailchimp, Zoho Campaigns, ConvertKit, etc.
Build subscriber lists, create templates, schedule newsletters, and generate reports
LinkedIn Marketing
Manage company page, grow followers, run targeted campaigns
Build B2B outreach strategies and maintain professional engagement
Content Creation
Write SEO-friendly content for blogs, websites, emailers, social media & ad copies
Coordinate with designers to develop creatives and promotional content
Marketing Tools Knowledge
Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs, Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads Manager, and other trending tools
Updated with latest digital trends, algorithm updates, and best practices
Reporting & Analysis
Prepare weekly, monthly reports on SEO, campaigns, and overall digital performance
Provide actionable insights to improve lead generation and brand reach
Required Skills
2+ years experience in Digital Marketing
Strong expertise in SEO (On-page, Off-page, Technical)
Good understanding of paid ads and campaign optimization
Experience in email marketing and marketing automation tools
Strong content writing, communication, and analytical skills

Education
