Key Responsibilities
:
Plan, execute, and manage paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads, LinkedIn, and other advertising platforms.
Perform keyword research and audience targeting to improve ad performance and campaign effectiveness.
Monitor and analyze campaign metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.
Continuously optimize ads for better performance through A/B testing and data-driven strategies.
Work closely with the content and creative team to align ad copy, creatives, and landing pages.
Report on campaign performance with actionable insights to improve results.
Stay updated on industry trends and implement best practices for paid marketing.
Requirements
:
Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid platforms.
Proficient in keyword research, bid strategies, and conversion tracking.
Strong analytical skills and experience with tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Facebook Pixel.
Experience with A/B testing and optimization techniques.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team environment.
Google Ads and/or Meta Certifications are a plus.
