Salary: ?50,000 - ?60,000 per month

Experience: 5-9 Years (Mandatory Real Estate / Performance background)

JOB DESCRIPTION

Build & execute full-funnel digital strategies for real estate projects

Plan & optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube campaigns

Manage CRM journeys & marketing automation

Drive lead generation, CPL optimization, audience segmentation

Handle SEO growth, Google My Business & organic traffic boosting

Create digital branding strategies (video, creatives, landing pages)

Coordinate with agencies for creatives, paid ads & analytics

Track performance dashboards (GA4, Search Console, Ads Manager)

Run remarketing, lookalike audiences, targeting optimization

Oversee website improvements with tech teams

What We're Looking For

? Strong experience in Real Estate digital campaigns

? Deep knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, GA4

? Strategic thinker + technical execution ability

? Ability to reduce CPL & increase qualified leads

? Content + campaign + analytics balance

? Knowledge of landing page optimization

? Ability to manage digital agencies & creative teams
