About the Role
We are looking for a creative and data-driven
Digital Marketing Executive
to manage online campaigns, grow brand visibility, generate leads, and improve overall digital performance. You will work closely with the marketing and sales team to promote IT services through multiple digital channels.
Key Responsibilities Social Media Management
Create, schedule, and manage content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter).
Increase engagement, reach, and follower base.
Run paid ads for targeted audience groups.
SEO & Website Optimization
Perform on-page & off-page SEO.
Keyword research and competitor analysis.
Improve website ranking, traffic, and performance.
Google Ads & Paid Campaigns
Manage PPC campaigns (Search, Display, Video).
Monitor ad performance, optimize budgets, and ensure high ROI.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
Content Creation
Write blogs, social media posts, captions, and marketing content.
Coordinate with design team for creatives and graphics.
Ensure brand consistency across digital platforms.
Email & WhatsApp Marketing
Create and send email newsletters, promotional mailers.
Manage automation tools and lead management systems.
Analytics & Reporting
Track performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Insights etc.
Prepare reports for traffic, lead generation, and campaign results.
Support Sales & Marketing Team
Help create marketing brochures, landing pages, and lead-generation campaigns.
Coordinate with sales for conversion-oriented campaigns.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, Business, or relevant field.
Knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads.
Basic graphic designing skills (Canva, Photoshop preferred).
Good understanding of social media trends.
Strong communication & content writing skills.
Ability to work independently and deliver under deadlines.
Knowledge of WordPress will be an advantage.
Additional Requirements
Must have a basic understanding of IT services (web development, software, digital marketing).
Should be comfortable working in a team environment.
