Job Summary
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager with a proven track record of managing successful SEO and paid campaigns, leading teams, handling clients, and mentoring junior executives and students. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing performance-driven digital projects using tools like Google Ads, YouTube, SEO platforms, and WordPress, while also mentoring the in-house team and students enrolled in our training programs. This role demands strong strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and the ability to manage a performance-driven team under tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
Define clear KPIs and monitor key performance indicators to track and optimize marketing effectiveness.
Campaign Management
Plan, launch, and manage multi-channel digital campaigns including:
SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
PPC (Pay-Per-Click Advertising)
Social Media Marketing (Organic & Paid)
Email Marketing
Content Marketing
Collaborate with design/content teams to create engaging, high-converting creatives.
Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns regularly to ensure maximum ROI.
Website & Content Management
Oversee company website -- ensuring it is user-friendly, responsive, and conversion-optimized.
Update and manage web content using CMS tools.
Optimize website for SEO and implement strategies to boost organic traffic and lead conversion.
Team Collaboration & Leadership
Lead and mentor junior team members (interns or executives) as needed.
Assign tasks, review work, and provide feedback to ensure quality and consistency.
Foster a collaborative, innovative, and performance-driven team environment.
Budgeting & Reporting
Manage and allocate digital marketing budgets across various platforms.
Track expenditures and campaign costs to ensure efficient use of funds.
Prepare performance reports and share insights with leadership regularly.
Training & Development
Support in designing and managing internal digital marketing training programs.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Qualifications & Skills
Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in digital marketing.
Solid understanding of SEO, PPC, Google Ads, Meta Ads, email, and social media marketing.
Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMrush, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
Strong analytical, project management, and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment.
