This is a
hands-on individual contributor role
that requires strong ownership of strategy execution, content quality, performance tracking, and regular leadership communication.
Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Strategy & Planning
Develop and execute brand-wise and platform-wise digital marketing strategies.
Identify target audiences and select appropriate digital channels for each brand.
Create structured monthly and quarterly content calendars aligned with business objectives.
2. Content Scripting & Quality Control
Write, review, and approve high-quality scripts, captions, and content summaries for all digital posts.
Ensure accuracy, ethical healthcare communication, and consistency with brand guidelines.
Collaborate with doctors and internal creative teams to convert medical expertise into engaging digital content.
3. Execution, Scheduling & Publishing
Manage scheduling and publishing of content across social media platforms using digital marketing tools.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality execution of content plans.
4. Paid Promotions & Budget Management
Plan, execute, and manage paid digital marketing campaigns across platforms.
Optimize advertising spends to improve reach, engagement, leads, and overall return on investment (ROI).
5. Performance Tracking & Reporting
Track key performance metrics including reach, engagement, leads, and conversions.
Prepare and present weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
Where possible, link digital marketing outcomes to patient inquiries, appointments, and clinic visits.
6. Leadership Communication
Provide daily structured updates to the COO on activities, performance trends, and observations.
Proactively identify risks, challenges, and opportunities for improvement and communicate them effectively.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
4-6 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing and social media management.
Mandatory:
Prior experience working with healthcare, medical, or wellness brands.
Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal).
Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
