Key Responsibilities()



1. Digital Strategy & Campaign Management



Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals. Manage end-to-end digital campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms. Monitor and optimize ad performance to achieve maximum ROI. Manage SEO, SEM, SMM, and email marketing activities.

2. Content & Social Media Management



Plan and oversee content creation for websites, blogs, social media, and ad creatives. Manage social media accounts, post scheduling, and audience engagement. Work with the design team to create compelling creatives, videos, and promotions.

3. Website & SEO Optimization



Improve website health, UX, and performance through regular updates. Conduct keyword research, on-page/off-page SEO, and link-building activities. Track and improve organic traffic, website rankings, and conversions.

4. Analytics & Reporting



Use tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, etc. Analyze campaign performance and provide weekly/monthly reports. Identify trends, insights, and opportunities to improve performance.

5. Lead Generation & Growth Marketing



Run targeted digital campaigns for lead generation and customer acquisition. Collaborate with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversion. Optimize landing pages and funnels for better results.

6. Team Coordination & Project Management



Coordinate with internal teams--design, content, sales, and web development. Guide junior digital marketers or interns, if any. Manage budgets, timelines, and deliverables effectively.

Skills & Competencies



Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms. Expertise in SEO, SEM, PPC, SMM, and email marketing. Proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and analytics tools. Creative thinking and strong understanding of digital trends. Excellent communication and project management skills. Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.

Educational & Experience Requirements



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field.

4-10 years

of experience in digital marketing. Experience managing paid campaigns and organic strategy is essential. Certifications (Google, Meta, HubSpot, etc.) will be an added advantage.

Salary Details- 40000-60000



Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
