2. Content & Social Media Management
Plan and oversee content creation for websites, blogs, social media, and ad creatives.
Manage social media accounts, post scheduling, and audience engagement.
Work with the design team to create compelling creatives, videos, and promotions.
3. Website & SEO Optimization
Improve website health, UX, and performance through regular updates.
Conduct keyword research, on-page/off-page SEO, and link-building activities.
Track and improve organic traffic, website rankings, and conversions.
4. Analytics & Reporting
Use tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, etc.
Analyze campaign performance and provide weekly/monthly reports.
Identify trends, insights, and opportunities to improve performance.
5. Lead Generation & Growth Marketing
Run targeted digital campaigns for lead generation and customer acquisition.
Collaborate with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversion.
Optimize landing pages and funnels for better results.
6. Team Coordination & Project Management
Coordinate with internal teams--design, content, sales, and web development.
Guide junior digital marketers or interns, if any.
Manage budgets, timelines, and deliverables effectively.

Educational & Experience Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field.
4-10 years
