About the Role:
We're looking for a smart and data-driven Digital Marketing Manager to run and optimize our online ad campaigns. If you're passionate about digital growth, love experimenting with ideas, and enjoy working in a fast-paced e-commerce environment then you'll a fantastic fit for this.
What You'll Do:
Run and manage ad campaigns on Google and Meta platforms (Search, Shopping, YouTube, Discovery).
Optimize keywords, bidding strategies, and creatives to get the best ROI.
Focus on improving ROAS while meeting branding and sales targets.
Work closely with product and brand teams to build effective shopping ads.
Plan and test new marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
Conduct A/B testing for ads, landing pages, and targeting options.
Analyze customer behavior and campaign data to make informed decisions.
Stay updated with the latest trends and tools in performance marketing.
Share performance reports and key insights with the leadership team.
What We're Looking For:
2 years of hands-on experience running Google and meta Ads for e-commerce (At least few projects )
Strong knowledge of Google Shopping and Feed Optimization.
Skilled with tools like Google Ads, Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and Mobile Measurement Platforms (MMPs).
Experience with Performance Max, DSA, and Remarketing campaigns.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
A self-starter who's eager to experiment, learn, and grow.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
