As a Sr. Digital Marketing Executive, you will lead performance marketing initiatives across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms. You will work closely with our creative and strategy teams to deliver campaigns that drive conversions, scale performance, and achieve client goals.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute & optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads
Manage campaign setup, audience segmentation, budgets, and testing roadmaps
Monitor KPIs (CPC, CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversion rates) and ensure target achievement
Analyse campaign data and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports
Collaborate with design & content teams to shape effective creative performance strategies
Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless execution
Implement pixels, events, and tracking using GA4 & Google Tag Manager
What You Bring
2-3 years of hands-on performance marketing experience in a digital/advertising agency
Strong knowledge of Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager
Understanding of GA4, GTM, Data Studio, UTM structures, and conversion tracking
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret numbers and optimize campaigns independently
Strong communication skills and ability to manage clients & deadlines
Nice to Have
Exposure to SEO or marketing automation tools
Experience with e-commerce performance campaigns
