to lead our digital marketing efforts and overall marketing strategy. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands brand-building, and can drive measurable growth through strategic campaigns across digital and offline channels.
You will work closely with the management team, design team, and sales department to ensure consistent messaging and brand representation across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing:
Develop, execute, and manage
digital marketing campaigns
across platforms (Meta, Google Ads, SEO, email, etc.)
Drive
lead generation
, nurturing funnels, and customer acquisition strategies.
Manage and grow social media presence across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
Use
web analytics tools
(Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, etc.) to monitor performance, generate reports, and optimize campaigns.
Plan and execute
email marketing
and
SMS campaigns
for promotions and customer engagement.
Coordinate with the design team for visuals, creatives, and video content.
Marketing Management:
Develop and oversee
annual marketing plans
aligned with business goals.
Plan, coordinate, and execute
brand-building activities
, product launches, and promotional events.
Research market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of industry shifts.
Collaborate with sales and merchandising teams to align marketing efforts with seasonal collections and campaigns.
Oversee development of offline marketing materials like brochures, banners, and packaging.
Build partnerships with influencers, fitness communities, and gyms for brand collaborations.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in
Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
.
Minimum
3-5 years
of relevant experience in digital and/or brand marketing.
Proven success in
social media marketing
,
lead generation
, and performance marketing.
Hands-on experience with
SEO/SEM
, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and CRM tools.
Strong analytical skills and experience using
Google Analytics
, social media insights, and marketing dashboards.
Excellent
written and verbal communication skills

Willingness to work
full-time from our office in Mangaluru

Experience in the
