Key Roles and Responsibilities:Strategy & Campaign Planning:
Develop digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising.
Performance Marketing:
Manage and optimize PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn, etc.).
Track conversion rates and improve the user journey to increase ROI.
Content & Social Media Management:
Oversee the content calendar and coordinate with the content/design team.
Grow brand presence on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Twitter.
Analyze engagement data and implement content strategies accordingly.
SEO & Website Management:
Improve website traffic through on-page and off-page SEO techniques.
Collaborate with developers to optimize website UI/UX and mobile responsiveness.
Email Marketing & Automation:
Create and manage lead nurturing campaigns using tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar.
Segment mailing lists and personalize email campaigns for better engagement.
Analytics & Reporting:
Monitor website, campaign, and traffic metrics using Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.
Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance and present insights to management.
Team & Vendor Coordination:
Manage a small team of digital executives or freelancers.
Coordinate with external vendors or agencies when required.
Key Skills Required:
In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, SEO, social media platforms, and analytics tools
Strong creative and analytical thinking
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation tools
Familiarity with WordPress, Canva, Adobe Suite (preferred)
Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Google Ads and Analytics Certifications (preferred)
