Job Summary:

The Digital Growth Executive will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing digital marketing activities to increase online visibility, customer engagement, lead generation, and business growth for Sourcecatch Konnect. This role focuses on content marketing, social media, paid campaigns, SEO, analytics, and performance optimization while ensuring consistent brand communication across all digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:Plan and execute digital marketing strategies

Develop structured digital marketing plans aligned with business goals, product promotions, and brand awareness objectives. Identify the most suitable online platforms, channels, and tools to maximize campaign performance and return on investment.

Manage social media marketing and content distribution



Create, schedule, publish, and manage content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other digital channels to increase engagement, audience reach, and brand visibility. Ensure content tone and visuals align with brand identity.

Execute paid advertising campaigns

Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize paid campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital advertising networks to drive traffic, leads, and conversions while maintaining budget efficiency.

Perform search engine optimization (SEO) activities

Optimize website pages, blogs, and digital content using on-page and off-page SEO techniques to improve search engine rankings, website traffic, and online discoverability.

Manage website content and landing pages

Update website content, banners, blogs, and landing pages to ensure accurate information, clear messaging, strong call-to-actions, and improved user experience.

Monitor analytics and campaign performance

Track performance metrics such as impressions, clicks, conversions, engagement rates, traffic sources, and ROI using analytics tools. Prepare regular reports and use insights to improve future campaigns.

Generate and nurture digital leads

Design and manage digital campaigns that attract potential customers and convert them into qualified leads through forms, landing pages, email marketing, and remarketing strategies.

Coordinate with creative and design teams

Work closely with graphic designers, CGI designers, and content creators to develop visually appealing creatives, videos, banners, and promotional materials for campaigns.

Manage email marketing campaigns

Create, schedule, and monitor email newsletters, promotional emails, and drip campaigns to improve customer engagement, retention, and conversion rates.

Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms

Ensure that all digital marketing communications follow Sourcecatch Konnect's brand guidelines, tone, messaging standards, and visual identity.

Research market trends and competitor activities

Monitor industry trends, customer behavior, and competitor strategies to identify opportunities, improve campaigns, and maintain competitive positioning.

Ensure compliance with company policies and data privacy standards

Follow company policies, data protection laws, and platform guidelines while managing customer data, digital campaigns, and marketing communications.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing, and paid advertising.

Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, analytics tools, email marketing platforms, and content management systems.

Ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and optimize campaigns based on performance insights.

Strong communication skills for content writing, campaign messaging, and stakeholder coordination.

Good time management and multitasking abilities to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines efficiently.

Ability to work independently in office-based, remote, or work-from-home environments.

Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop innovative digital marketing strategies.
