Futurism on behalf of his client is looking for Digital Marketing Executive having good experience with SEO, Paid Campaign, social media, Analytics

Skills & Responsibilities::



Strategic Planning & Execution (E-commerce Focus):


Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored to the USA e-commerce market, aligning with online sales goals.
Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis, particularly focusing on e-commerce trends and best practices.
Create and manage digital marketing budgets, ensuring optimal ROI for online sales.
Optimize product feed management.

Campaign Management & Optimization (E-commerce Specific):


Lead and optimize SEO, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and Google Ads campaigns to maximize online sales and achieve target KPIs, including conversion rates and average order value.
Optimize campaigns for product listings, shopping feeds, and remarketing strategies.
Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights to improve e-commerce performance.
Stay up-to-date with the latest e-commerce digital marketing trends and technologies.

Team Leadership & Development:


Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of digital marketing professionals with a focus on e-commerce.
Delegate tasks effectively and ensure timely completion of projects related to online sales initiatives.
Foster a collaborative and positive team environment.

Stakeholder Communication & Reporting (E-commerce Focused):


Provide regular updates on campaign performance, progress, and challenges, specifically related to e-commerce metrics.
Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including merchandising and sales, to ensure alignment on e-commerce goals.
Prepare and present detailed reports on key e-commerce metrics, such as conversion rates, revenue, and customer acquisition cost.

USA Market Expertise (E-commerce Context):


Demonstrate a deep understanding of the USA e-commerce landscape, including online consumer behavior, shopping trends, and regional differences.
Ensure all e-commerce campaigns are compliant with USA market regulations and best practices.

Must have Skills:




Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on the USA e-commerce market.
Proven expertise in SEO, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and Google Ads campaign management, with a demonstrated track record of driving online sales.
Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento), product feeds, and online merchandising.
Strong understanding of digital marketing analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, etc.), with a focus on e-commerce metrics.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to develop and implement strategic digital marketing plans for e-commerce.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related
