Key Responsibilities
Plan, create, and run Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Ads
Manage daily social media posts and monthly content calendar
Improve website SEO (On-Page & Off-Page)
Run lead-generation campaigns and maintain performance reports
Handle email marketing, WhatsApp campaigns, and remarketing activities
Conduct competitor research and track market trends
Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Meta & Google Analytics
Coordinate with the graphic/video team for creatives
Implement new digital growth strategies to increase brand visibility

Required Skills
Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads & LinkedIn Ads
Knowledge of Canva/Photoshop for basic design
Good understanding of SEO, SEM, SMO
Strong communication & creative thinking skills
Analytical mindset with problem-solving ability
Basic video editing skills (preferred but not mandatory)

Minimum
1-2 years
in Digital Marketing
Experience in Real Estate or Marketing Agencies is a plus
