Job Description


The Senior Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for planning, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns to promote products or services and drive brand awareness and customer engagement. They play a key role in developing and executing digital strategies to achieve marketing goals and objectives. The Senior Digital Marketing Executive is knowledgeable about various digital marketing channels, including search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing. Key Responsibilities: Digital Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with overall marketing goals.
  • Conduct market research and analyze customer insights to identify target audience and market trends.
  • Set specific digital marketing objectives and KPIs.
  • Plan and allocate budgets for digital marketing campaigns.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
  • Perform keyword research and analysis to optimize website content and improve organic search rankings.
  • Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies, including meta tags, link building, and content optimization.
  • Monitor website performance using SEO tools and analytics.
  • Stay updated with SEO trends and algorithm changes to ensure website visibility and ranking improvements.
Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Advertising:
  • Create and manage PPC campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, or social media advertising platforms.
  • Conduct keyword research and develop targeted ad campaigns.
  • Monitor ad performance, optimize ad copy and landing pages, and adjust bids to maximize ROI.
  • Generate regular reports on campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
Social Media Marketing:
  • Develop and implement social media marketing strategies across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn).
  • Create engaging content, including text, images, and videos, to promote brand awareness and engage with the audience.
  • Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and inquiries, and manage online communities.
  • Analyze social media metrics and insights to optimize campaigns and drive social media growth.
Email Marketing:
  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including audience segmentation, content creation, and scheduling.
  • Create compelling email content and design visually appealing templates.
  • Monitor email campaign performance, analyze open rates and click-through rates, and optimize campaigns for better results.
  • Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations and data privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
Content Marketing:
  • Develop and execute content marketing strategies to create valuable and engaging content for the target audience.
  • Create and manage a content calendar, including blog posts, articles, whitepapers, infographics, and videos.
  • Optimize content for SEO and share it across various channels to increase brand visibility and drive traffic.
  • Monitor content performance, analyze engagement metrics, and make recommendations for content optimization.
Analytics and Reporting:
  • Track and analyze digital marketing campaign performance using web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Generate regular reports on key metrics, such as website traffic, conversion rates, and ROI.
  • Identify trends and insights, and make data-driven recommendations for campaign optimization.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, new technologies, and emerging digital marketing tools and platforms.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, strategies, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools, such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO tools, and social media management platforms.
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and industry developments.
