Job Summary:

We are looking for a results-driven and creative

Senior Digital Marketing & Social Media Executive

to lead and execute digital campaigns, manage social media presence, and drive online brand growth. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of current digital tools, trends, and analytics and can effectively strategize and implement high-impact campaigns across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies (SEO, SEM, email, content, influencer, paid media, etc.) Lead the planning and execution of social media campaigns across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, etc.) Manage the social media calendar, ensuring timely, engaging, and brand-aligned content Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams for cohesive brand communication Monitor trends, hashtags, competitor activities, and digital innovations to keep content fresh and relevant Manage paid ads on platforms like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Grow and engage social media communities and handle real-time interactions Work with influencers and content creators to amplify campaigns Manage marketing automation tools, lead generation funnels, and performance dashboards

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing and social media management Proven track record of executing successful campaigns and growing brand presence online Strong knowledge of digital tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Canva/Photoshop, and scheduling tools Excellent writing, storytelling, and creative ideation skills Analytical mindset with a keen eye for trends and performance

Preferred Skills:

Experience in eCommerce and performance marketing Knowledge of basic HTML, SEO principles, and CRM tools Strong project management and multitasking abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
