Key Responsibilities:
1. Digital Strategy & Campaign Management
Develop and implement digital marketing strategies tailored to the civil/construction industry.
Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook, etc.).
Create lead generation funnels and monitor ROI across all digital platforms.
2. Content & SEO Management
Oversee content creation for websites, blogs, case studies, and social media channels.
Manage SEO (on-page & off-page) to drive organic traffic and keyword rankings relevant to civil engineering services.
Collaborate with the design and technical teams to ensure high-quality visual and written content.
3. Social Media & Branding
Manage and grow the company's social media presence (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
Develop creative campaigns highlighting ongoing projects, innovations, and achievements.
Maintain brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
4. Website & Analytics
Manage website updates, landing pages, and user experience improvements.
Monitor digital performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and CRM tools.
Prepare periodic reports on campaign performance and recommend improvement strategies.
5. Marketing Automation & CRM
Utilize tools like HubSpot, Zoho, or Mailchimp for email marketing and nurturing campaigns.
Segment and manage lead databases, ensuring effective follow-ups and conversions.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in
Marketing, Civil Engineering, or related field
(MBA preferred).
5-8 years
of experience in digital marketing, with at least
2-3 years
in the
civil / construction / infrastructure
domain.
Strong understanding of B2B marketing, project-based promotions, and technical audience engagement.
Proficient in SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Analytics, and CRM tools.
Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
