We are seeking an experienced and driven Digital Marketing Operations Manager to oversee the operations of our business and manage a talented team comprising designers, content writers, customer care representatives, and digital marketers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, excellent leadership skills, and a strategic mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to meet client objectives.
Oversee day-to-day operations of the digital marketing team, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Coordinate and manage the efforts of the design, content, customer care, and digital marketing teams.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to clients and stakeholders.
Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and develop tailored digital marketing plans.
Ensure the delivery of high-quality digital content, including social media posts, blog articles, email newsletters, and website updates.
Optimize digital marketing processes and workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies, and integrate them into the company's strategies.
Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews, providing guidance and support to team members.
