* Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.
* In-depth knowledge of social media marketing strategies and best practices.
* Strong understanding of Meta Ads and Google Ads platforms.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities: * Develop and implement data-driven digital marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
* Manage and execute social media campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, etc. to increase brand awareness and engagement.
* Create high-quality and engaging content (text, visuals) for various digital channels.
* Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads platforms.
* Analyze campaign performance using web analytics tools and recommend optimizations.
* Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
* Work collaboratively with internal teams (design, sales) to ensure successful campaign execution.
* Manage and maintain company social media profiles and online reputation.
* Proficiency in using design tools like Canva and project management tools like Google Docs.
* Experience with web analytics tools (Google Analytics etc.)
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Malayalam.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
