The Digital Marketing Campaign Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth. This role collaborates closely with creative, content, analytics, and sales teams to ensure campaigns meet performance targets and align with overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Planning
Define campaign objectives, target audiences, messaging, channels, and KPIs.
Develop integrated media plans covering paid search (SEM/PPC), display, social media, email, and programmatic advertising.
Execution & Optimization
Set up, launch, and monitor campaigns in platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and programmatic DSPs.
Perform A/B tests on ad creatives, copy, landing pages, and audience segments to maximize ROI.
Continuously analyze performance metrics (CTR, CPA, CPL, ROAS, conversion rates) and adjust bids, budgets, and targeting parameters to meet or exceed targets.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work with content and design teams to develop high-impact creatives, ad copy, and landing page assets.
Coordinate with marketing operations to ensure accurate tracking, tagging (UTMs), and reporting setups.
Liaise with sales to align on lead qualification criteria and hand-off processes, enabling timely follow-up and pipeline growth.
Reporting & Analysis
Build and maintain campaign dashboards and weekly/monthly reports highlighting performance trends, insights, and recommendations.
Present campaign results and strategic learnings to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Budget & Vendor Management
Manage campaign budgets, pacing, and forecast spend across channels.
Evaluate and manage relationships with external agencies, media partners, and technology vendors.
Market Research & Innovation
Stay current on digital marketing trends, emerging channels, and industry best practices.
Recommend and pilot new tools or platforms (e.g., AI-driven optimization, attribution models) to improve campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
4-6 years of hands-on experience managing B2B or B2C digital marketing campaigns.
Proven track record driving measurable results across multiple paid channels.
Proficiency with Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, email-marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot), and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio).
Strong analytical skills and comfort working with large datasets; ability to translate data into actionable insights.
