About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled DevOps Engineer with 5-7 years of hands-on experience in cloud, automation, CI/CD, GitHub ecosystem, configuration management, and DevOps best practices. The ideal candidate will play a key role in administrating our DevOps toolchain, building scalable workflows, enabling development teams, and ensuring secure and reliable software delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Manage GitHub Enterprise Cloud including user administration, access management, org/repo policies, and governance. Design, develop, and optimize GitHub Actions workflows for CI/CD automation across multiple environments. Work with GitHub Copilot or similar AI-based IDE tools to enhance developer productivity and AI-driven development workflows. Lead and support repository migration efforts across platforms (e.g., Bitbucket/GitLab/Azure DevOps GitHub). Develop automation scripts using Python or any modern scripting language for tooling, pipelines, and platform operations. Work with AWS and Azure cloud services, including compute, networking, VPCs, IAM, containers, and storage. Provision, configure, and manage infrastructure using Terraform, Ansible, and other IaC/configuration tools. Handle Release Management and Change Management processes and work with ServiceNow for ticketing and workflow operations. Perform basic SQL operations and assist with database management tasks. Conduct vulnerability assessments, manage patching cycles, and support upgrade/maintenance activities for DevOps tools and environments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

5-7 years of experience in DevOps, cloud, automation, and CI/CD. Strong hands-on experience with GitHub Enterprise Cloud, GitHub Actions, and workflow automation. Experience with AI-based coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot or similar tools. Proven knowledge of repository migrations and source control best practices. Strong scripting capability using Python, Bash, or similar languages. Experience with AWS and/or Azure cloud services, networking, and security concepts. Hands-on expertise with Terraform, Ansible, and related DevOps configuration tools. Understanding of SDLC processes, DevSecOps practices, and security scanning tools. Familiarity with release/change management and ServiceNow operations. Working knowledge of SQL and basic database management. Experience with vulnerability assessment, patching, and upgrade activities.

Preferred Qualifications

GitHub certifications (e.g., GitHub Foundations, GitHub Actions, GitHub Advanced Security). AWS or Azure certifications. Exposure to Splunk, or other monitoring tools.

Soft Skills

Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work with cross-functional teams (Dev, QA, Security, Cloud Ops). * Problem-solving mindset with a focus on automation and continuous improvement.
