About the Role

We are looking for a

hands-on Senior DevOps Engineer

with a strong foundation in

Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure, and DevSecOps practices

.
You will design, automate, secure, and optimize our infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines, collaborating closely with engineering, security, and QA teams to build highly scalable and secure platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, and manage scalable infrastructure on

AWS/GCP

using

Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible)

. Build and maintain secure, efficient

CI/CD pipelines

using

GitLab CI, Jenkins, ArgoCD

, or similar tools. Lead

Kubernetes cluster

design, deployment, and operations (self-managed or EKS/GKE). Implement

DevSecOps practices

, including security scanning, compliance checks, and secrets management. Monitor systems using tools like

Prometheus, Grafana, New Relic, CloudWatch

, or

ELK stack

. Collaborate with development and QA teams to streamline release cycles and drive a

shift-left

approach. Manage and optimize

Linux systems

(Ubuntu/RedHat) and databases (

MySQL, MongoDB

). Define and maintain

disaster recovery

,

backup

, and

high availability

strategies. Ensure

cost-efficient, reliable infrastructure

through cloud optimization practices.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years in

DevOps, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineering

roles. Strong hands-on experience with

Kubernetes

(deployment, scaling, troubleshooting). Solid understanding of

DevSecOps tooling

- container/image scanning,

Vault/AWS Secrets Manager

, policy enforcement (OPA/Kyverno). Proficiency in

Terraform

,

Ansible

, and scripting (Shell/Python). Experience with

CI/CD platforms

- GitLab CI, Jenkins, CircleCI, etc. Deep knowledge of

AWS/GCP services

(IAM, EC2, S3, RDS, EKS/GKE). Experience with

monitoring/logging tools

- Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, CloudWatch. Knowledge of

DNS/CDN

(Route 53, CloudFront, Akamai). Strong

Linux systems

and

network security

expertise. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Bonus Points For

Experience with
