Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated DevOps Engineer(

3-5 years of experience

) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and IT operations, with a focus on automating and optimizing processes to enhance the efficiency of our development and deployment pipelines. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Duties

Collaborate with development teams to implement CI/CD pipelines for efficient software deployment. Manage cloud infrastructure using tools such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure. Utilize containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes for application deployment. Implement configuration management using tools like Ansible, Chef, or Puppet. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues using tools like New Relic, Splunk, or Elasticsearch. Develop scripts for automation tasks using languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell. Ensure security best practices are followed in cloud environments and during software deployments. Participate in disaster recovery planning and incident management processes. Conduct system testing and quality assurance to ensure software reliability. Collaborate in Agile/Scrum environments to gather requirements and manage projects effectively.

Requirements(atleast 3-5 years of exp.)

Strong experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Azure) + Terraform(Must). Proficiency in containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes). Familiarity with configuration management tools (Ansible, Chef, Puppet). Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab) for automated testing and deployment. Knowledge of programming/scripting languages including Java, Python, Groovy, Ruby, or JavaScript. Experience with databases such as MySQL, Microsoft SQL Server, or DynamoDB. Understanding of IT infrastructure components including firewalls, networking (TCP/IP), and virtualization technologies (VMware). Familiarity with web servers (NGINX, Tomcat) and application servers (WebLogic, JBoss). Strong problem-solving skills with experience in debugging and troubleshooting software issues.
