Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Developer with 5 to 9 years of experience to join our team in a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Cloud Basics Oracle/SQL IBM BAW Java JSON Rest API BPMN Javascript XML Web Services and SOAP. A strong background in Asset & Wealth Management is essential. This role involves developing and optimizing solutions that enhance our asset and wealth management services.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement robust software solutions using Java JSON and Rest API to enhance asset and wealth management services. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and integrate BPMN workflows that streamline business processes. Utilize Cloud Provider Services to deploy scalable applications that meet business requirements. Optimize database performance using Oracle/SQL and RDBMS technologies for efficient data management. Implement IBM BAW solutions to automate workflows and improve operational efficiency. Design and develop web services using SOAP and XML to ensure seamless data exchange. Write clean and efficient code in Javascript to enhance user interfaces and improve user experience. Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure high-quality deliverables. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for existing applications to maintain system stability. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve development practices. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions that align with business goals. Document technical specifications and project progress to ensure transparency and accountability. Mentor junior developers and provide guidance to foster a collaborative and productive team environment.

Qualifications

Possess strong technical skills in Cloud Basics Oracle/SQL IBM BAW Java JSON Rest API BPMN Javascript XML Web Services and SOAP. Demonstrate expertise in Asset & Wealth Management domain to effectively address industry-specific challenges. Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a hybrid work model. Show proficiency in designing and implementing scalable and efficient software solutions. Have a proven track record of delivering high-quality software projects within deadlines. Display strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders. Maintain a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies and methodologies.
