As Adobe Analytics Specialized partner, our Analytics and Personalization team provides clients with a clearer understanding of their customers and how they engage with digital assets. Our experts help clients strategize the way data is captured, reported and analyzed. Our team also analyzes customer journeys to predict future customer behavior and value. Dozens of our practitioners are certified by Adobe in Adobe Analytics, Adobe Launch and Adobe Target, as Architects, Leads, Business Practitioners and Developers.
What You Will Do: You will bridge the gap between business and development and develop robust analytics, optimization, and personalization solutions for our clients. You will translate business goals into KPIs and metrics and work closely with development to design systems with those metrics that are collected accurately for our clients. You will represent analytics and the importance of data to our clients\xe2\x80\x99 success.
Responsibilities: Data Collection Implement and maintain our client work on Adobe.io, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, supported by Adobe Launch, Google Tag Manager, and Tealium IQ. Integrate additional systems and build out the Marketing Data stack. Assist in implementing Customer Data Platforms such as Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Tealium AudienceStream. Design analytics data-layers for UI teams to implement. Support and develop processes and documentation for tagging, testing, QA and reporting. Work closely with developers to ensure analytics code follows best practices. Develop reports and dashboards to meet client needs.
Personalization Advise on testing protocols and practices to ensure A/B testing needs are met. Implement segmentation strategies. Implement A/B tests and help prioritize testing. Support an ongoing roadmap of improvements. Report on testing efforts and communicate insights to a broader audience.
Support Business Practices Work with the development team to ensure the site is GDPR-compliant and following other privacy protocols. Work with marketing teams to ensure end-to-end tracking of campaigns. Advise and lead data integration efforts with Data Management Platforms (e.g. Adobe Audience Manager) and Customer Data Platforms (AEP, AudienceStream). Partner with quality assurance teams to ensure data hygiene.
Requirements: Experience Range: 7 to 12 Years Technical Skills You Will Bring:
  • A passion for transforming data into meaningful insights and opportunities. Experience in leading digital analytics implementations across web, mobile and apps. Evangelize best-practice approaches for implementation of digital analytics. Experience with Data Management Platforms (DMPs) such as Adobe Audience Manager. Ability to independently manage analytics projects with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to prioritize and work in a very fast-paced environment. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams that include product owners, technology teams and marketing partners. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Development skills: JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Python (or R), jQuery, Data layers, and ETL files. Problem solving skills: using tools such as Charles Proxy and Developer Consoles to diagnose and solve issues. Strong critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Hybrid Work Model: Our employees have the flexibility to work remotely two days per week. We expect our team members to spend 3 days per week in person with the flexibility to choose the days and times that work best for both them and their project or internal teams. This could be at a Credera office or at the client site. You\'ll work closely with your project team to align on how you balance both the flexibility that we want to provide with the connection of being together to produce amazing results for our clients.
