The Sr. Salesforce Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining custom solutions within the Salesforce platform. This includes creating custom workflows, custom objects, Apex code, and Visualforce pages. The developer will work with other members of the development team, as well as with business stakeholders, to understand requirements and develop solutions that meet business needs. Previous experience in salesforce Solution designing / technical Salesforce BA would add extra value.



Mandatory Skills

Excellent skills in both oral and written communications in English

Experience problem solving remotely with stakeholders

Experience with Agile software development methodologies and Jira

Savvy about Salesforce Communities and FSL / Salesforce Field Service.

Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Triggers, Flows and SOQL,

Proficient in building and maintaining robust Apex unit tests

Nice to haves:

Experience with Copado/Gearset for deployments

Experience with Salesforce Event Monitoring and debugging

Experience with Datadog for application monitoring

Previous front-end web development experience

Experience in Solution designing / technical Salesforce BA would add huge value

Education :

-

Bachelors / masters in IT , Software , Engineering

Certification minimum SF PD1 or App builder.



Experience

7+ years in SFDC development with Apex, LWC, Configuration and Integration

2+ years in Salesforce Communities and FSL/ Salesforce Field Service

2+ years Leading salesforce development team.
