Develop and customize Salesforce solutions across Experience Sales and Manufacturing Clouds to meet business requirements and enhance operational efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Salesforce with other systems ensuring seamless data flow and process automation. Utilize SFDC Lightning to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces that improve user experience and engagement. Configure Salesforce platforms to align with business needs optimizing workflows and data management. Implement SFDC Integration strategies to connect Salesforce with external applications enhancing data accessibility and functionality. Provide technical expertise in SFDC Development and Customization delivering tailored solutions that address specific business challenges. Oversee the deployment of Salesforce solutions ensuring successful implementation and user adoption. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce configurations maintaining system integrity and performance. Conduct regular system audits and upgrades to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications for Salesforce projects. Lead training sessions for end-users empowering them to utilize Salesforce tools effectively in their daily operations. Qualifications

Possess strong technical skills in Salesforce Experience Cloud SFDC Sales Cloud and Salesforce Manufacturing Cloud. Demonstrate expertise in SFDC Development and Customization with a proven track record of successful implementations. Have experience in SFDC Lightning and SFDC Integration showcasing ability to create seamless and efficient solutions. Exhibit proficiency in SFDC Configuration ensuring systems are tailored to meet specific business needs. Nice to have domain skill experience in Multi Channel enhancing the ability to deliver comprehensive solutions. Show adaptability to hybrid work model balancing remote and in-office collaboration effectively. * Display strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.
