Position Title:
Sr. Developer, IT Manufacturing (SAP MII/MES)
Position Summary:
Provides support and works on new implementations of SAP MII technology based solutions at multiple locations. Works on assigned project tasks, prepares and acquires necessary information for requested solutions. Prioritize issues and escalated to appropriated support team members and coordinates between business team and IT.

• Implementation of integrated solutions with SAP MII, including linking to production-related SAP modules such as PP, PP-PI, PM, MM, WM and/or QM by rolling out the global Momentive template to multiple manufacturing locations
• User Interface web page designing with Java/HTML according to business and functional team requirements
• Respond to production application and systems problems in SAP MII and handle the analysis and remediation efforts. This includes being on call and support off-hours and holidays.
• Support our international user community in all SAP MII related questions and incidents
• Create and communicate functional specifications for the development team for projects and enhancements
• Create and maintain functional training documents
• Provide end user training
• Create and maintain end user training documents
• Define and adopt new development approaches and technology competencies

Additional Details:
Minimum Qualifications:

• 5+ years of hands on experience in SAP MII 15.* versions.
• Strong Technical background in SAP MII solution development utilizing Data Services, Content Development, Visualization services, Message Services, SAP MII workbench and Business logic services(BLS) and knowledge of SAP MII connectivity.
• Expertise in systems integration and designing technical interfaces using SAP Plant connectivity and/or standard connectors to ERP and shop-floor systems.
• Web development expertise with in Javascript, HTML, CSS, UI5, XSL.
• Experienced in implementations of integrated solutions with SAP MII, including linking to production-related SAP modules such as PP, PP-PI, PM, MM, WM and/or QM
• 2+ years of experience in Project Management.
• Strong English Communication Skills (verbal and written).

Preferred qualifications:

• Database - SQL or Oracle Desired Skills, Shop Floor experience in PI Historian, PLC are helpful.
• Ideally expertise in SAP ABAP Interface developments
• Good knowledge of manufacturing process, process industry preferred
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others
• Experience in off/on shore model as well as working with Virtual teams
• Conceptual and analytical thinker – ability to extract, analyze and document complex business and technical requirements/strategies from customers and IT team members.
