Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using Python and SQL to meet business requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable applications that enhance user experience. Optimize existing codebases for performance and reliability ensuring seamless operation across platforms. Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure software functionality and security. Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Analyze user requirements and translate them into technical specifications for development. Implement best practices in software development including code reviews and version control. Work closely with stakeholders to understand project objectives and deliver solutions that align with company goals. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to incorporate innovative solutions into projects. Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and maintain the integrity of sensitive information. Document software processes and maintain comprehensive records for future reference and audits. Participate in agile development processes contributing to sprint planning and retrospectives. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure project alignment and transparency.

Qualifications

Possess a strong proficiency in Python and SQL with a proven track record of successful project delivery. Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Exhibit a deep understanding of software development methodologies and best practices. Have experience in working within a hybrid work model balancing remote and in-office tasks efficiently. Show a commitment to continuous learning and staying abreast of technological advancements. Display strong communication skills both verbal and written to articulate complex technical concepts. * Hold a bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
