Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer skilled in React.js and Node.js to design and build scalable, high-performance web applications. The role focuses on developing end-to-end features for enterprise-grade digital systems with strong UI/UX and data handling capabilities.
You'll work closely with designers, QA, and backend teams to create modern, maintainable, and high-quality software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Full Stack Development

• Develop and maintain responsive web applications using React.js (frontend) and Node.js (backend).

• Build and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices.

• Optimize performance, ensure reusability, and maintain clean code practices.

• Write unit tests and participate in peer code reviews.

2. Collaboration & Delivery

• Work in Agile/Scrum teams for iterative development and sprint-based releases.

• Collaborate with UX designers and backend engineers to translate requirements into deliverables.

• Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and technical discussions.

3. Technical Ownership

• Suggest improvements in architecture, coding standards, and performance.

• Troubleshoot production issues and support deployment.

• Maintain technical documentation and ensure alignment with project objectives.

Requirements
Required Skills & Experience

• 3-5 years of hands-on full stack web development experience.

• Proficiency in:

• Frontend: React.js, Redux, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3

• Backend: Node.js, Express.js, RESTful APIs

• Database: MongoDB / PostgreSQL / MySQL

• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Docker.

• Exposure to cloud environments (AWS/Azure).

• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related discipline.

• Experience building enterprise-scale or SaaS applications.

• Knowledge of GraphQL or WebSocket-based systems.

• Familiarity with testing frameworks like Jest or Mocha.
