Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented

Senior Interior Designer

with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in the interior design field. The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio, a deep understanding of design principles, and the ability to manage projects from concept to completion while collaborating with clients, consultants, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead interior design projects from conceptual development to execution. Create design concepts, mood boards, and detailed layouts based on client requirements and brand identity. Prepare technical drawings, working plans, 3D renders, and presentations. Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution. Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables. Conduct site visits to ensure design implementation and resolve on-site issues. Stay updated with market trends, materials, and technologies in interior design. Guide junior designers and support their professional development. Ensure quality standards and client satisfaction are maintained throughout the design process.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design or related field. Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in residential, commercial, or hospitality interior projects. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max/V-Ray, Photoshop, and MS Office. Strong communication, presentation, and project management skills. Ability to multitask, work independently, and manage multiple projects under deadlines. Creative thinking, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail.

Preferred:

Experience working with high-end clients and turnkey interior projects. Knowledge of site execution and material specifications. Team leadership and client-handling capabilities.
