Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SPM Designer, having 5-6 year experience with a deep understanding of SPM- Machine Design, Fixture Design, Conveyors, Automation, Robotic Application, Pneumatic system, Hydraulic system, Motor, Sensors eyc.to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing automated systems, machinery, Tooling and fixtures.

Key Responsibilities

:

Utilize 3D modeling software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) to create detailed and accurate designs of automated systems and components. Develop 3D model, Assy., Simulation, Drawings, on the basis of new concept design or Existing line Assy. Must have proficient in SPM-Machine design, Fixture design, Conveyors, Robotic application etc. Design approval from customer side. Customer visit to be done for understanding requirement. Must have knowledge of GD&T & Dimensional tolerance. Knowledge of DFM,DFA etc. Must have responsibility till prove out the system. BOM preparation. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Design and incorporate pneumatic, hydraulic & electrical components such as actuators, motors, valves, cylinders. Provide technical support and guidance to the engineering team in matters related to design. Ensure that the systems are optimized for performance and efficiency Maintain detailed records of design specifications, design calculation, design update, Design modifications, and project progress. Create user manuals and technical documentation for the designed systems. Ensure that designs comply with Industry standards, safety Standard. Seek cost effective solutions and materials to maintain competitive pricing while meeting performance requirements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, automation Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
