Job Title:

Design Engineer - Mechanical

Experience:

3-5 years (Freshers with CAD training may apply

Required Qualifications

Education

: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed 2D and 3D drawings using Auto CAD, SolidWorks, or similar Creo software Assist in the design and development of mechanical components and assemblies Modify existing designs based on feedback or production requirements Work closely with production and quality teams to ensure feasibility and accuracy of designs Maintain and update design documentation, BOMs, and technical records Support prototype development and testing activities Ensure all designs comply with industry standards and customer requirements

Design Leadership

: Lead the design and development of mechanical systems and components from concept to production. Create detailed engineering drawings and specifications using Creo software.

Collaboration

: Work closely with R & D, manufacturing, and other teams to ensure designs meet quality, performance, and cost goals.

Prototyping and Testing

: Support the prototyping and testing of new designs to validate performance.

Mentorship

: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior design engineers.

Process Improvement

: Identify and implement design improvements for performance, cost, and reliability
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
