: Sr. Design Engineer

Location: Dist. Pune (Paud 30km from City)

Type: Full time

Experience: 6-8 yrs

Education: BE/ME- Mechanical

Salary : As per industry standard

Qualification;

B.E / B.Tech (Mechanical Engineering) OR M.E/M.Tech/MS (Mechanical Design engineering).

Technical skill ;

1.Computer Aided Design Software's: Solid Work (2022)-minimum hand on experience 6-6years, AUTOCAD & PDM.

2.Comprehensive knowledge of sheet metal ,Motor & gear box selection, Bearing selection, Material selection, structure steel selection, plastic part design, Knowledge of general Machining Techniques and manufacturing processes, General Dimensioning &Tolerance's.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES HANDLED;

1.Creating function requirement from initial concept from initial product concept and transferring the requirement into product structure design (concept to prototype, prototype to product).

2.General concept based on design requirement, product application/constrain and detail engineering.

3.Prove the design and seek approval from management.

4.Material selection, manufacturing process selection and component trial, liaison with supplier and sourcing team from development of sample and trial lots.

5. Intersect with cross-function team and engineering from other discipline to understand various requirement in developing the design, end customer expectation, specification.

5. Work closely with manufacturers to make product.

6. Work closely with cross function team (electronics, software & testing).

7. Prepare product report and documentation.
