Key Responsibilities

3D modeling, drafting, and assembly design using SolidWorks & Solid Edge. Apply

GD&T, tolerance analysis, and design calculations

for precision. Prepare

Bill of Materials (BOMs)

and release to manufacturing. Collaborate with Production & QC for design validation and manufacturability. Support

new product development (NPD)

, reverse engineering, and cost optimization. Ensure proper documentation and revision control as per ISO/PPAP standards.

What We're Looking For

B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical/Production/Industrial Design or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

4-8 years of design experience

in precision machined components/assemblies. Strong knowledge of

GD&T, machining processes, and materials (SS, aluminium, hardened steel)

. Hands-on experience with SolidWorks & Solid Edge (mandatory). Exposure to FEA/Simulation tools (preferred). Detail-oriented, problem-solver, and strong communicator.
