Job Description

BE/ B.Tech/ M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering Works closely with production and service teams. Having Experience Of 5 - 7 Years in Designing Liquid and Pharmaceutical Packaging Machinery, With A Strong Understanding of Industry-Specific Requirements. Design Experience in Packaging Lines for Pharma Products Such as Ampoules, Vials, Eye-Ear Drops, And Pre-Fill Syringes. Also, Non-Pharma Complete Packaging Lines and Liquid Packaging Machines Like Rinsing, Washing, Filling, Capping, Labelling, Shrinking and Cartoning, Tube Filling Etc. Design HVAC Systems Along with Utilities for Various Applications Such as Pharmaceutical Project Coordination, HVAC System Design and Documentation. Must Have Experience in Designing 2D & 3D Models & Components Using Various Software. They Should Also Have a Good Understanding of Packaging Equipment for The Pharmaceutical Industry and Be Skilled in Designing Piping and Ducting Layouts. Mechanical Design of Packaging Equipment, Design Piping and Ducting Design, Preparation of HVAC And FDA Layout, Drafting on AutoCAD. Optimize Existing Designs to Customer Specifications. Strong Proficiency in CAD Software (E.G., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) And Other Relevant Design Tools. In-depth knowledge Of Pharma Industry Regulations and Standards (E.G., CGMP, FDA, ISO) Related to Machinery Design. Excellent Communication Skills, With the Ability to Collaborate Effectively Across Cross-Functional Teams. The Innovation-Driven Mindset with A Track Record of Integrating New Technologies into Machine Design. Strong Organizational Skills to Manage Multiple Projects and Tasks Simultaneously.
