Circuit Schematic generation and Simulation (i.e. sneak path, volt drop, short circuit) to CoC guidelines Device model development within Vesys / Certify system suitability for planned build.

Develop Analytical Methods, Design Grounding and fusing strategy, wire sizing, Circuit and Component naming, Assign Option Codes to Devices, Lead to cavity assignment.

Create logical and physical design and service schematics MCAD/ ECAD integration to create wiring harness drawings Monitor and Apply circuit ECNs.

Adherence to Circuit guidelines, rules, standards Release Circuit Schematics in PLM, WIP Vault Conduct quality checking of circuits Run Design Rule Checks.

Generate variant wise BOM to CoC guidelines Verify BOMs, Generate Add-del BOMs Track CDS Generate CDS Component database generation.

Database ECN and tr acking till closures Wiring harness drawings to CoC guidelines, MCAD/ ECAD integration to creat e wiring harness drawings Monitor and Apply circuit ECNs.

Adherence to CoC guidelines, rules, standards Release Harness drawings n PLM, WIP Vault Conduct quality checking between harne ss drawing and circuits, Benchmarking
