Education Qualification: Bachelor/ Master Degree in Mechanical /Mechatronics Engineering.

Exp. :Min 7+yrs exp.

Job Role:

\xc2\xb7 Planning Management.

\xc2\xb7 Manpower utilization & work review.

\xc2\xb7 Time allocation per project.

\xc2\xb7 Skill and experience of design database management.

\xc2\xb7 Concept to design to product.

\xc2\xb7 Independently design Machine concept in Solid work Carry out design calculations for Machine elements like gears, belts, structure, linear motion parts, ball screws, weight balancing etc.

\xc2\xb7 Using computer-aided design (CAD) packages to develop ideas and produce designs

\xc2\xb7 Solid work preferred solving engineering problems using mechanical and or electrical principles; building prototypes of components and testing their performance, weaknesses and safety

\xc2\xb7 Taking into consideration changing customer needs and government emissions regulations when developing new designs and manufacturing procedures

\xc2\xb7 Experience in ANSYS stress simulation

\xc2\xb7 Solid works experience essential.

\xc2\xb7 Preferred experience in machine manufacturer of rubber molding, plastic injection molding, hydraulic presses, stamping presses, forging presses, Food and Pharmaceutical and FMCG.

Req. Skills

\xc2\xb7 Proven work experience in design management

\xc2\xb7 Proven ability to design the product effectively.

\xc2\xb7 Ability to build and lead a team; mentor the team members and lead by example.

\xc2\xb7 Self-motivated; having the ability to work without full time supervision.

\xc2\xb7 Strong inter-personal and leadership skills.

\xc2\xb7 Ability to create a professional, yet lively and fun/enjoyable work culture.
