1. Data Transformation & Optimization

Develop and maintain automated scripts or tools to transform legacy data into target formats. Ensure transformation logic aligns with project-specific business and technical rules. Optimize data flow and reduce manual intervention across repetitive tasks.

2. Automated Data Upload & Integration

Build automation for bulk data uploads into Symphony and other systems. Validate data uploads for completeness, accuracy, and integrity. Collaborate with the migration and QA teams to ensure seamless data integration.

3. Quality Control & Reporting Automation

Design and implement automated quality control (QC) checks for migrated data. Generate automated discrepancy reports to identify data mismatches. Support development of dashboards or automated reporting tools for stakeholders.

4. Process Automation & Innovation

Identify recurring manual tasks and propose automation strategies. Lead small-scale automation initiatives to enhance delivery efficiency. Document and standardize automation processes for reuse across projects.

5. Team Collaboration & Support

Work closely with the Data Migration (DM) team to integrate automation into daily operations. Train team members on using automation scripts or frameworks. Provide technical support for troubleshooting and optimizing automated workflows.

6. Output Delivery & Quality Assurance

Ensure timely delivery of reliable automation outputs. Maintain high standards of accuracy, scalability, and security in all automation processes.


Requirements

Experience & Qualifications

3-6 years of experience in data automation, transformation, or migration projects. Proven expertise in developing automation scripts or utilities for data handling. Prior experience with IP Management System preferred.

Technical Skills

Strong understanding of Symphony and IP-related data structures. Solid grasp of database concepts, schemas, and query optimization. Proficiency in Python, SQL, VBA, or similar scripting/programming languages. Familiarity with ETL tools and automation frameworks. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills. * Attention to detail with a focus on process efficiency and quality assurance.
