Role Overview

We are seeking experienced and visionary Data Scientists to lead the development and deployment of advanced AI/ML solutions that directly impact business performance. In this strategic role, you will drive high-value projects focused on cost optimization, revenue growth, and operational excellence. You'll serve as a key contributor to our foundational AI capabilities while championing responsible, ethical AI practices.

As a trusted advisor to leadership, you will shape the organization's AI strategy and play a pivotal role in transforming data into actionable intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver cutting-edge AI/ML models and tools to accelerate strategic business objectives--such as cost savings, process optimization, and new revenue generation

Lead the development of advanced AI solutions across domains including time series forecasting, reinforcement learning, graph-based algorithms, optimization, and conversational AI

Contribute to the Foundation Model Task Force, helping shape scalable AI architectures leveraged across multiple business functions

Translate complex AI concepts into business strategies, ensuring initiatives are outcome-focused and aligned with organizational goals

Collaborate cross-functionally with product leaders, domain experts, engineers, and business stakeholders to integrate AI into key decision workflows

Advocate for responsible and ethical AI practices, ensuring compliance with data governance, regulatory standards, and model transparency

Stay on the leading edge of AI innovation by continuously evaluating emerging trends, frameworks, and technologies

Define and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the impact and success of AI/ML initiatives

Promote a culture of innovation, technical rigor, and continuous improvement within the AI team

Requirements

4-8 years of experience in data science or machine learning roles, with a track record of leading complex, high-impact projects

Deep expertise in AI/ML techniques including:

Time series forecasting

Reinforcement learning

Optimization algorithms

Speech and conversational AI (e.g., LLMs, NLP, ASR)

Proficiency in Python, R, or similar programming languages; experience with data visualization and analytical tooling

Proven ability to drive measurable business results through AI-driven insights

Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Strategic mindset with the ability to align technical initiatives with business goals

Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field

Candidates with CFA certification & graduates & post-graduates from premium institutes(IIM, IIT, etc )would be more preferred

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in developing or fine-tuning foundation models or LLMs

Familiarity with AI governance and regulatory compliance frameworks

Exposure to production-grade ML deployment and MLOps practices

Prior experience in finance, insurance, or regulated industries

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹5,000,000.00 per year
