Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled

Senior Data Scientist

with expertise in

Generative AI (GenAI), Machine Learning (ML), Deep Learning (DL), and Natural Language Processing (NLP)

. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with

Large Language Models (LLMs)

,

Transformer architectures (BERT, GPT, LLaMA, etc.)

,

Computer Vision

, and

Reinforcement Learning

. You will play a critical role in building, fine-tuning, deploying, and optimizing state-of-the-art AI/ML solutions for real-world applications.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy advanced

AI/ML models

, including

LLMs, NLP pipelines, CV models, and RL algorithms

. Research, prototype, and implement solutions using

transformer-based architectures

(BERT, GPT, LLaMA, etc.). Apply

prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and fine-tuning/transfer learning

techniques. Work with

vector databases

(Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, Milvus) for scalable knowledge retrieval. Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate AI models into production using

MLOps frameworks

(MLflow, Kubeflow). Deploy models on cloud platforms like

AWS SageMaker, GCP Vertex AI, and Azure ML

. Explore and leverage APIs/frameworks from

Hugging Face, LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI, Anthropic, Cohere

, etc. Build pipelines for

data preprocessing, model training, evaluation, and monitoring

. Stay updated with the latest

GenAI, ML, and DL research trends

and bring innovative ideas to solve business challenges.

Python, R, SQL

ML/DL Frameworks:

PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras, Scikit-learn, XGBoost, LightGBM

GenAI/NLP Tools:

Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, LlamaIndex

Vector Databases:

Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, Milvus

MLOps & Deployment:

MLflow, Kubeflow, AWS SageMaker, GCP Vertex AI, Azure ML

AI/ML Concepts:

Generative AI, NLP, LLMs, Computer Vision, Reinforcement Learning, RAG, Prompt Engineering Strong problem-solving, research, and analytical skills. Ability to work in cross-functional teams and communicate complex technical concepts effectively.

Nice to Have

Experience in

fine-tuning domain-specific LLMs

. Knowledge of

multi-modal models

(text, image, audio). Contributions to

open-source AI/ML projects

. Published research papers or patents in AI/ML/GenAI domain.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
