The Team:
The S&P Global Market Intelligence Content Customer Service Team (CCST) is a centralized second level support team providing in depth subject matter expertise in addressing data queries. At CCST, we are committed to delivering exceptional and timely customer support across various teams. This proactive team addresses customer concerns related to data collection and curation methods, aligning with Accuracy, Timeliness, and Comprehensiveness goals. Our team offers client support for Private Equity, Investment Management, Public Ownership, and Transactions verticals.
The Impact:
Your role entails addressing client inquiries within Transactions dataset, comprehending their needs, and delivering optimal solutions. You will be working closely and collaborating with Level-I client support, data operations, data management, data stewardship and product management to provide superior customer experience. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in datasets and be proficient with SQL, Power BI, Python, and Power Automate. You will play a critical role in addressing complex data queries, developing automated data models, and providing subject matter expertise across various data-driven projects.
